Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service

KriiptoPay provides payment orchestration and reseller services connecting merchants with licensed payment providers capable of processing both crypto and fiat transactions.
KriiptoPay does not directly process or hold client funds. All transactions are executed via our regulated partners (such as CardCorp, BitPace, and CoinsPaid).

2. Merchant Eligibility

Our services are intended for business clients (B2B). By registering, you confirm that you represent a legal business entity operating in accordance with applicable law.

3. Supported Jurisdictions

KriiptoPay operates globally with headquarters in Denmark. Access to services in certain jurisdictions may be limited due to partner or regulatory restrictions.

4. Pricing & Fees

Fees vary depending on the payment provider, merchant industry, and transaction volume. Any applicable FX, conversion, or network fees are communicated transparently prior to onboarding.

5. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are initiated by merchants and executed through the relevant licensed payment partner.
KriiptoPay facilitates communication but does not hold responsibility for refund execution, chargeback decisions, or processing timelines.

6. Payment & Settlement

Settlement schedules (including instant, daily, or bi-monthly options) depend on the chosen partner provider. KriiptoPay ensures coordination and compliance oversight but does not manage settlement accounts directly.

7. Prohibited Use

Merchants must comply with all applicable AML, CTF, and sanctions regulations.
KriiptoPay allows cooperation with high-risk verticals such as iGaming, Forex, and affiliates, provided the activity is lawful and compliant through our partner PSPs.
Illegal activity, money laundering, or unlicensed gambling are strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

KriiptoPay acts solely as an intermediary and accepts no liability for downtime, transaction delays, exchange-rate fluctuations, or partner-side technical failures.
Standard limited liability applies: indirect, consequential, or incidental damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Danish law.

9. Termination & Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated by the relevant partner PSP or by KriiptoPay in cases of non-compliance, suspected fraud, or breach of law.
Any termination follows partner terms and applicable notice periods.

10. Amendments

MAKEITWORK ApS reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on kriitopay.com with immediate effect unless otherwise specified.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the relevant courts of Denmark.
