Privacy & Data Protection

1. Data Controller

MAKEITWORK ApS (KriiptoPay) acts as data controller for website and customer relationship data.

2. Collected Information

We collect only necessary business information (name, email, company, communication logs) for onboarding and support.
We do not collect or store payment-card or crypto-transaction data; such data is processed directly by our licensed partners.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used for:

• Responding to inquiries and onboarding merchants

• Maintaining compliance records (KYB / AML)

• Providing support and service updates

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely within the EU and retained only as long as necessary for compliance or support.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality obligations.

5. Third-Party Processors

KriiptoPay cooperates with regulated partners (CardCorp, BitPace, CoinsPaid) who act as independent data controllers for transaction processing.
We may also use trusted sub-processors for hosting and communication within the EU.

6. Cookies & Analytics

KriiptoPay does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on its website.

7. Data Subject Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
